Appointments // If you are unable to attend your appointment, I can rearrange appointments free of charge within 24hrs notice of your appointment time.

Cancellation less than 24hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

If you do not attend your appointment you will still be charged the session fee.

Events & Circles // You are required to give 72hrs notice to receive a full refund.

Cancellation between 72-48hrs of the event will result in 50% charge of the event costs you are booked onto.

Anything less than 48hrs, you will still be charged your event costs.
